Welcome to the home page of the Forrest Isshinryu Academy.
The F.I.A. is one of the newest Isshinryu dojos. There are a few located in the North Carolina, South Carolina,
Virginia, and Tennessee area, but the F.I.A. is an authentic Isshinryu dojo located in the Triad area of
North Carolina. By using this site you will not only learn about the F.I.A., but you will also
learn about the history of Isshinryu karate, the traditional weapons used, and there will also be
links to other Isshinryu sites as well. After you have looked over the site, if you have any
questions at all, there will be a guest book and links to the instructors.
